Founded by Certified Personal Trainer Shannon Corey in 2007, ShnnonFit Coaching & Training is a personal training and group fitness company designed to meet the needs of all people who are in search of a better fitness solution.  Since 1999, Shannon has been providing clients with excellence in personal training and group fitness.

About Shannon

Shannon has been training individuals of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels for more than ten years. She spends a minimum of 50 hours each year acquiring continuing education and cutting edge new fitness programming, so you can be sure your workouts will incorporate a variety of exercise techniques to produce results and keep enthusiasm at an all time high. Personal training sessions include advanced personal training techniques, functional training, circuit training, sport specific conditioning, and much more.
